Hi, I’m Danielle!

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, but you may call me a hope restorer. I help people who want to feel confident in themselves and their relationships, but aren’t sure where to start. With empathy and compassion, I work to create a safe space for you to explore who you are, organize your feelings, and process your struggles. I know from experience that it can be intimidating to share your innermost thoughts, but it can also be so healing to do so with someone who values and sees all of the parts that make you so uniquely you. This is a judgment free zone! I balance both validating and challenging my clients, helping them to create meaningful change in themselves. Change can be scary! I really enjoy helping clients navigate what that looks like for them, how they have coped in the past and what they want to do differently moving forward.

I primarily use Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reconnect the mind and body, address attachment ruptures, and nurture self-compassion. Using a trauma-informed and health at every size (HAES) lens, my goal is to help build a healthy relationship with the past, present, and future. I also provide gender affirming care and am a LGBTQI+ allied and inclusive therapist.

I bring 10+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). While my experience specifically in mental health is building, I have over a decade of supporting individuals and their families with health & wellness concerns. I understand the interconnectedness of what we eat, how we feel, and how we heal. You are inherently worthy of healing- so let’s take the first step TOGETHER.
